SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it truly is alarmed regarding the superior number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly mainly because of the lack status sassa of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office committed to service the area daily. The assistance place designed for intervention encounters a large influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for that office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to empower the servicing of all consumers and boost usage of Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
